You’re joining a small team with BIG plans. They supply to some of the most interesting and well known brands in the UK – organic growth over the years, but now they’re getting processes in place, investing in their marketing and they’re ready for what’s next…. HUGE GROWTH.
So, they’re on the hunt for an Administrator to support this journey. They implemented a brand new system last year, it’s made life so much easier, everything is automated, so you can take full advantage of a modern system that makes your job ten times easier!
You’ll be managing full order processing from quotation accepted through to warehouse liaison, dealing with customers, system management, price list updates, and supporting the team.
Requires an individual that is just going to get stuck in and work hard within a team, someone who is a real people person, easy to get on with, likes a laugh, a social butterfly but is passionate about work and has some admin experience under their belt too.
You don’t need to be the finished article, 6-12 months is suffice, but it’s your attitude and application that will get you this job.
In a couple of years time, they want you to have developed to Office Manager, more staff joining, a team underneath you, business and your career absolutely booming. That’s the goal here.
