You'll spend time understanding how things are made, talking to production teams, working with operations, and building relationships with the people who keep the factory moving. Because the best decisions come from understanding the story behind the numbers.
What you'll be doing:
- Producing and supporting monthly management accounts.
- Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Analysing data to provide meaningful commercial insight.
- Improving processes, automating where possible, and making finance more efficient.
- Working closely with stakeholders across the business.
- Becoming a trusted right-hand support to the Finance Director as the function grows.
