Salary: Up to £30k subject to experience (+ Uncapped Commission)

The Role
We’re looking for a Marketing creative account manager who thrives on relationships, ideas, and impact. You’ll own the end-to-end process of generating, qualifying and converting high-quality leads into delivered, managed creative projects.
Who You Are
You are a driven, commercially minded individual with at least one year’s experience in new business, business development, sales or lead generation, ideally within a creative, marketing, media or agency environment.
You thrive on outreach, enjoy opening doors with new brands, and have a natural ability to build rapport quickly and pitch compelling opportunities.
