This ambitious, entrepreneurial business is strengthening its leadership team with the appointment of a Commercial Financial Controller who is ready to step up and operate as the number one in finance.
It’s an opportunity for someone who wants far more than ownership of the numbers: you’ll have the autonomy to shape the finance function, work closely with the senior leadership team and bring real commercial insight to the decisions driving the business forward.
Reporting to the Board you will assume responsibility for all entities within the group with a business asset value in excess of £100m and for an organisation with PE Investment.
Led by an “elite” entrepreneur he has guided phenomenal success, investment and acquisition with a crystal clear strategy and is now looking for finance leadership support to streamline existing functions and gear up for the next phase of growth.
Your remit will be to challenge the financial integrity, identify areas of opportunity and non-agreement and demand first class accounting standards are achieved within clear deadlines.
You will operate at board level and host pre-board meetings, full board representation and be the eyes on the ground for the MD and investment team.
