International Property Business. Direct to MD. Build the Function.
An international property management business is growing fast after a standout year — and they're looking for an experienced Property Credit Controller who wants to play a bigger part.
You'll work alongside an excellent Client Account Manager, join a high-performing team and have direct access to the Managing Director.

No layers between you and the decision-maker. No micromanagement. No waiting for approval on every move.
The MD wants someone experienced, commercially aware and confident enough to make decisions, challenge processes and bring ideas to the table.
You'll own your portfolio end to end:
- Rental arrears
- Landlord and tenant relationships
- Section 8 notices
- Complex account resolution
- Prioritising and managing your own workload
- Driving outstanding balances to resolution
You'll have the authority to manage your portfolio your way — with accountability for the results.
Then there's the bigger opportunity.
The business is expanding and Credit Control needs to evolve with it.
You'll have the opportunity to help define how the function operates, improve processes and build the foundations for a larger Credit Control operation.
