We're working with a highly regarded international property management business that is growing - and they're looking for an experienced Credit Controller to join an established, genuinely brilliant team in Manchester City Centre.
This isn't a high-pressure collections environment where you're micromanaged, measured on every call and constantly chased for numbers.
You'll take complete ownership of your portfolio, managing rental arrears and outstanding accounts from initial contact through to resolution.
You'll build relationships with landlords and tenants, work alongside internal teams to resolve issues, manage Section 8 notices and use your judgement to decide where your attention is needed.
It's credit control with autonomy - where communication, commercial judgement and getting the right outcome matter just as much as collecting the money.
And importantly, you'll have a manager who knows the industry, is approachable when you need them and trusts you enough to let you get on with it.
