Time to put what you’ve learnt from university into practice without the expectation of completing another qualification!
This business has a tried & tested training programme – they are well-known for bringing in graduates and investing in their development – in fact, one of the graduates who started 2 years ago has now just been promoted into a supervisory role.
You will “buddy” up with one of the seniors within the team for your first 6 months and gain thorough guidance and support – no question is too silly, no query too complex!
Full exposure into how the business operates and understanding its day to day financials, working with your own portfolio of clients, managing the transactional accounting and delivering exceptional customer service.
The team is young, ambitious, up for a laugh but also all committed to their role 110%.
