This multi site business is scaling fast and set to surpass £20m turnover in 2027. Now entering a pivotal growth phase, they’re seeking a sharp Financial Controller to own one entity and be at the heart of the expansion.
You’ll work side-by-side with the FD & CEO with a standout reputation in their sector. The business plan is ambitious yet wholly achievable with the right individual leading the charge.
The role will be responsible for:
- Full ownership of month-end, start to finish
- Real influence over budgeting, forecasting, and commercial decisions
- Direct exposure to senior leadership - alongside managing a small finance team
- The chance to build, improve, and shape processes in a scaling business
- Responsibility that grows as the business grows
