A role for an FC who is like a dog with a bone when it comes to getting finance right!
You’ll be involved across the entire business, building relationships with managers and teams, understanding how the company operates, and becoming the person people turn to for financial insight & guidance.
You’ll have visibility of everything that matters!
The Managing Director expects perfections – he’s looking for someone who asks questions, finds solutions and isn’t afraid to challenge when something doesn’t feel quite right. Whether it’s an unusual payment, a supplier cost that looks out of line, a process that could be improved, or a transaction that simply feels a little off-kilter, you’ll be expected to spot it.
You’ll be the financial eyes and ears of the business!
This role would suit someone who understands that part-time doesn’t mean part-committed. Someone who enjoys using every hour productively, adding value, strengthening controls, and helping a business perform at its best – you are not here to just plug a gap.
You’ll have the autonomy to shape your working week around your life; three full days, five shorter days, school hours - that’s entirely your call. What matters is the quality of the work, the strength of the relationships you build, and the impact you make.
