They're now looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to become a key part of the team. Someone who enjoys building trusted relationships with clients, mentoring junior colleagues and making a real impact on a growing business.

What you'll be doing

You'll take ownership of a varied portfolio of owner-managed businesses across a wide range of industries, becoming the go-to adviser your clients rely on.

Your role will include:

• Managing your own portfolio of clients from start to finish.
• Preparing and reviewing statutory accounts.
• Producing management accounts and meaningful financial insights.
• Completing corporation tax, personal tax and VAT returns.
• Supporting and developing junior members of the team.
• Building lasting client relationships based on trust and great service.
• Spotting opportunities to add value through proactive advice, not just year-end compliance.

What they're looking for

You'll ideally have experience working within an accountancy practice and be confident managing your own client portfolio.

They're open-minded on qualifications ACA, ACCA or qualified by experience are all welcomed. What matters most is your ability, attitude and the value you bring to clients.

You'll also have:

• Strong technical knowledge across accounts and tax.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A proactive approach to solving problems.
• A genuine passion for helping businesses succeed.
