A Construction firm in Wilmslow are expanding and want the best person in the area for this job!
Right now, processes, systems, infrastructure absolutely spot on, but they admit they’re lacking an individual to manage the aftercare administration process because Project Managers are too stretched to do this element.
So, a brand-new role, fantastic opportunity to go in and put your own mark on the role, plus grow the department and eventually become head of department.
Role covers all elements of aftercare of projects, client relationship management, snag lists, booking engineers to site, and full close off of the project so the business can invoice.
Profile wise, this suits someone who gets stuff done, solutions driven, can manage their own workload and really take full ownership of something with the backing of an entrepreneur who wants you to succeed.
Experience wise, someone from a similar role, perhaps aftercare or project administration within Construction would be the perfect fit here, so you already have the skills but ready to level up and start building a department alongside directors.
