Super excited to be coming to market with a fantastic Senior Administrator opportunity in Chorley.
Employee owned company; this means zero hierarchy, 15% annual bonus and all employees have their voice heard, meaning you can make positive changes and be heard as their Senior Administrator.
The branch is brilliant, a small team of 6, support one another, positivity and good energy between the team every single day and just all get on like a real unit.
Your remit would cover all office management and senior administration support to the Advisors, managing the running of the office, driving actions to deliver results across the team, compliance and networking including arranging client events.
You’ll be at the forefront of client relationships and interaction so it’s paramount that you have the personality to build long lasting relationships, be personable and outgoing but also able to stand your ground and be firm when it comes to office processes.
The package is something else:
- 15% annual bonus – paid twice per year
- Employee owned bonus – paid per year

- Life insurance – X4 salary
- Additional Christmas bonuses
- Enhanced annual leave – 25 days plus bank holidays with additional holidays for “life events”
- 35 hour working week
