Senior Practice Accountant – Altrincham

They’re looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to join the team on a permanent basis.

The Role

You’ll work with a varied portfolio of clients, taking ownership of their accounts and helping them with their wider financial needs.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Preparing and reviewing accounts and financial statements
• Managing your own portfolio of clients
• Providing clients with advice and support
• Reviewing work and supporting junior team members
• Managing deadlines and making sure work is completed accurately
• Working closely with the wider team to deliver a great service

What are they looking for?

You’ll ideally have:

• Solid experience working as a Senior Accountant in practice
• Good knowledge of UK accounting standards and regulations
• Experience preparing and analysing financial statements
• Confidence managing multiple clients and deadlines
• The ability to review and support junior members of the team
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Experience with accounting software such as Sage, QuickBooks or Xero
